Rooting android is very easy now-a-days. There are many ways to root android phones. You can root android with pc or you can also root your android phone without pc. There are several articles available on Google and there many videos available on Youtube about rooting android phones, but most of the tricks are not working well in 2018, i have personally tested many of them but only few of them worked for me so if you want to root android phone then read the full article and you can easily root your android phone without any problem.

  3. You can also delete the bloatware or preinstalled apps on your android phone.
  4. You can do changes in the system files

  6. Most important part is you can install custom roms and kernals to make your phone different from others

  1. Rooting android can void warrenty of your smartphone
  2. Rooting android can harm your device if your do not use it wisely
  3. If you don’t follow the steps carefully then you may brick your device so read the article carefully

Method 1

How to Root android without pc

If you have android version 5.1 or below then follow this method to root phone and if you have android version 5.1 or above then follow the third method to root your device.

Download any one of the root apps from here

Download any of the rooting apps for android from here (i will recommend you downloading kingroot app)

Install the root app that you have downloaded from here and then open it.

Allow the following asked permissions and then click on root now and it will start rooting your device.(It might restart your device several times but don’t worry it is safe)

Now your device is rooted.

If method 1 didn’t worked for you then follow the second method to root your device.

Method 2

How to Root android phone using pc

This method is only applicable for android version 5.1 or below, for android version 5.1 or above follow the third method to root your android device.

Download any of the rooting software for pc from here to root your android device using pc

Install the software

Open up your android phone settings and go to developer options and if you didn’t find any developers option then go to about phone and tap 7-8 times on build number and then you will see a new option in settings called developers option

Under developers option enable the “USB debugging

and connect your phone to your pc through usb cable

and open the rooting software that you installed earlier and click on “start rooting” or “Root Now” or it might be “Root Device

and then it may take upto 5-10 minutes depending upon your phone’s and pc’s performance.

If you don’t know how to install Twrp or Custom recovery then google it up or read this article

If you have already installed Twrp or any other custom recovery then you don’t need to installing it again.

Download Magisk Zip file from here

Download Lazyflasher zip file from here

Go to your Twrp recovery or custom by recovery by pressing volume up and power key together for 30-40 seconds

And then go to install section and choose the Magisk zip file and then install it

And then go back and now choose the Lazyflasher zip file and install it and then reboot your phone by clicking on reboot system.

And now you have successfully rooted your android phone. This is the latest working method for all of the phones available in the market as of now.
